Superior Service, Personalized Attention | The Gyros Wagon’s roots began over 10 years ago in Stevensville, MT. Run as a food truck by Patricia Brewer and Ray Williams. Sadly, Ray passed away in March of 2020 from Pancreatic Cancer. With the loss of her husband, Patricia planned on retiring but instead re-opened one final time with her son, Justin Brewer who decided to bring this to his home of Dillon, MT. Located in the Atlantic Street Station the menu will include beef, chicken, or veggie gyros and salads. All gyros come with the Wagon’s special homemade tzatziki or spice it up by adding some tangy BBQ sauce. There will be options for soup with warmed pita, as well as chips, drinks and baklava for sale.
